Cadillac SRX
Years: 2003 2004 2005 2006
Unsure if this is compatible with your vehicle?
Your vehicle may need a different FCC ID / Part Number depending on your installed Remote Keyless Entry System (RKE): Factory, Dealer or Aftermarket. If you are unsure what system is installed, check your current remote, send us a photo, or contact us.
check compatibility
This is one (1)NEW ready to program with battery installed keyless remote that will work with your vehicle's compatible U.S.A. Factory Original Equipment O.E.M. RKE (remote keyless entry) system.
Compatibility: Make sure your current remote's FCC ID # (on the back of the case) is FCC ID L2C0005T
NOTE: Button Icons will differ vehicle to vehicle but will work with all
of the following part #'s : 09378610, 09378620, 12223130, 12223131,
19115765, 19115766, 16263074, 16263074-99, 12223130-50, 12223132
WHY?:
GM made the factory keyless entry remote with FCC ID L2C0005T in a few button configurations but they are all compatible with each other.
Your old remote will either say part number 12223130-50 or 16263074-99 on the back above the FCC ID.
We test and clean and refurbish the solder points on the circuit board of each remote before we send it to you to make sure it is sending the right signals to work with systems that use L2C0005T remotes.
Note: Original remotes have a 1 or 2 on the back-denoting seat memory. However, it is meaningless as there is nothing different about the electronics in regard to seat memory. The order the remotes are programmed into the car determines which will act as #1 or #2. It is NOT important to order a "pair" of 1 and 2 for it to work properly.
Programming Requirements:
All vehicles that use L2C0005T remotes are not onboard programmable.
Please visit your Local Locksmith for programming.
