Exchange Policy

If I purchase this keyless remote control and it does not work with my car / truck /SUV/ minivan, can I return it for an refund? Yes, as long as you did not purchase an UNLOCKED remote control we are happy to have you return your keyless remote entry for an refund. Note: Refunds do not include S&H & will incur a 30% restock fee. Unlocked remotes & Remote and keys with CUT blades are not eligible for returns / refunds.

Exchange information
Please note that you must obtain an RMA # in order for us to accept your return. To receive an RMA # for your return, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 272-230-1189.

Warranty
We reserve the right to replace/refund within 30 days of the original ship date. We will not authorize returns requested AFTER the 30 day mark (from shipment). The product returned must be in the condition it was when we shipped it. All of our products are stamped with our Keyless Remote Warehouse U.V. ID (inner/outer casings & circuit boards) prior to shipment. Therefore, all products returned to our location will have all parts scanned for our Keyless Remote Warehouse U.V. ID to confirm all parts of product returned by each customer are the same parts we sent them. Refunds/Replacements will be denied if product does not have our Keyless Remote Warehouse U.V. ID on all parts or if the product is in worse condition than it was in when it was shipped to the customer. Refund /Replacement will be denied if you purchased an UNLOCKED item or if an item is damaged or altered by the customer. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Items returned to us which are packaged improperly. lost, or damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.
