TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Compatibility.

Verify the remote is exactly what you need (FCC ID # & Part #) for your vehicle s installed RKE system and / or verify the remote is compatible with your vehicle's installed RKE system and VIN# prior to purchase. You can verify compatibility by checking the back of your current remote key fob to match the FCC ID# & Part# with the keyless entry you want to order - your old remote control s id #'s must match the remote control you wish to purchase in most cases. This process can be confusing as some remotes must only match FCC ID # s in order to be compatible while other remote systems have various compatible remote FCC ID # s and aesthetics while other remote controls must match the exact FCC ID# and Part# of the original remote control to work. Please note that the remote controls job is to simply sync with your vehicle s installed RKE (remote keyless entry) system and you cannot just purchase any remote you desire just because it comes up on your make, model, year search on our home page. Vehicles can be installed with a factory RKE system, a dealer installed RKE system, or an aftermarket RKE system dependent on the vehicle s history. If you do not have a current working remote control and if you do not remember what your lost or old remote control looked like then we suggest inquiring with your local qualified automotive locksmith or automotive dealer prior to purchase to locate the exact part # that your vehicle s installed RKE system requires of the necessary remote control prior to purchase. As KeylessRemoteWarehouse is not a qualified locksmith service. We are a third-party vendor and we do not claim any authority nor knowledge to lead you to the correct remote control. Our customer service representatives can only point you to remote controls that are compatible to your vehicle but we have not way of knowing what RKE system is actually installed in the vehicle you drive. When you call your local automotive dealer to verify your required remote s part number please have your VIN# handy before you call. Your VIN# can be found on your vehicle registration card or on the lower right-hand corner (driver's side) of your windshield. Please note: Even though this keyless remote may be compatible with your Make Model & Year vehicle it will NOT work for ALL vehicles with your Make Model & Year as compatibility strictly depends on the RKE (Remote Keyless Entry) system installed in the vehicle.

2. Programming.

This keyfob needs to be programmed to your vehicle when it arrives. It will not work with your vehicle until it's programmed to your vehicle. Prices quoted for remotes do not include programming fees. Some remote systems have do-it-yourself programming instructions located within KeylessRemoteWarehouse s FREE PROGRAM tab. Your vehicle auto manual will also typically but not always contain programming requirements and or instructions. The majority of customers are able to program the remote s to their matching systems when the manufacturer has provided free do-it-yourself programming; however, some customers are unable to perform the programming instructions successfully in which case the customer will be required to visit a qualified automotive locksmith in their area to have the remote diagnostically programmed to their vehicles compatible RKE system. In the case that the manufacturer does not provide do-it-yourself programming the customer will be required to visit a qualified automotive locksmith in their area to have the remote diagnostically programmed to their vehicles compatible RKE system. If your remote control requires diagnostic programming please contact your local qualified automotive locksmith prior to purchase to be certain that they can and will program the remote and transponder chip if necessary to your vehicle. The total purchase price INCLUDES the price for the remote control(s) or part of the remote control described in the listing. Please review additional details on each product page if you are unsure or seeking more information about the product you desire.

3. 30-day Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee.

Customers that are not completely satisfied can return their remotes within thirty days of purchase date for a replacement or a refund once granted a (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number (see conditions for RMA #). Customers who purchase products from KeylessRemoteWarehouse will receive an email ten day post the purchase date to remind them to take action if there is an issue with their purchase as the warranty period is limited. This email will explain that there are twenty days remaining to sync the remote the customer purchased to the vehicle in order to verify that the remote control attains 100% functionality with the vehicle the remote was purchased to work with. If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied they must contact KeylessRemoteWarehouse within thirty days of the purchase date to attain an RMA# and the package the customer is returning the remote control in must be padded and secure and postmarked no more than thirty days from the exact purchased date to qualify for a return of any kind albeit the date the RMA # is granted. Restock fees (see our return and exchange policy for more info are applied) regardless of the reason for the returned item. Shipping and handling services are not eligible for refunds of any kind. Conditions for RMA (return merchant authorization) #: If you purchase a product(s) from KeylessRemoteWarehouse and it does not work with your car, truck, SUV, minivan, or for your intended purposes you may return it for a replacement or a refund as long as the item has not been altered in any way from the condition it was shipped out in and so long as the item is not an unlocked product (see the listing page you purchased from and check the condition field under the title to verify the condition of the item you purchased " if the item does not say unlocked under this condition field then it is eligible for a return or refund so long as the item matches the condition criteria and you receive an RMA number in the allotted warranty period). Customers requesting a replacement will NOT incur a 20% restock fee and will be responsible for return shipping to KeylessRemoteWarehouse and any additional price differences for the original remote purchased from KeylessRemoteWarehouse in comparison to the remote being replaced (if you purchased an expedited shipping service these shipping fees are non-refundable for replacements and/or refunds). On All return for replacement orders KeylessRemoteWarehouse will ship the replacement remote control to the customer after the original remote has been received by KeylessRemoteWarehouse and verified. KeylessRemoteWarehouse will ship the replacement remote to the customer via USPS first class mail service regardless of the original shipping service purchased by the customer on the original checkout. Unlocked remotes are not eligible for returns or replacements of any kind. Remotes in a condition other than they were shipped out in are not eligible for returns or replacements of any kind. Unlocked remote controls have been restored to a virgin condition that enables them to be programmed to your vehicle through a third party technical service and are not eligible for returns of any kind. Please ensure you have located a qualified automotive locksmith in your area that has the appropriate add-on diagnostic equipment tools to program the unlocked remote-control chip type that your vehicle s remote keyless entry system requires and that they are also willing to program the remote you desire to purchase. Remotes in a different condition than shipped out from the keyless remote warehouse, unlocked remotes, and remote keys with cut blades are not eligible for returns for replacement. Please note that unsatisfied customers requesting a refund who are granted an RMA# will be refunded their total purchase price less a twenty percent restock fee and less shipping and handling fees (if you purchased an expedited shipping service these shipping fees are non-refundable for replacements and/or refunds) stated on the receipt. Please note that we will not accept any returns without an RMA # nor will we receive any returns that do not pass our U.V. i.d. test as all remotes and parts sent from keyless remote warehouse are stamped with a unique u.v.id. prior to shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please see our return and exchange policy for more info.

4. Liability.

Customer assumes all responsibility for any personal injury or damages to the vehicle associated with the operation or programming of the remote.

5. Shipping.

Unless otherwise requested, all packages going to customers in the United States of America will be sent via USPS first class mail service with delivery confirmation. Average delivery times using USPS 1st class mail service range between 3 and 7 days. If you are purchasing an unlocked remote please add an additional 7 days transit time. All packages going to customer outside of the United States of America will ship in accordance to the transit times located on the type of shipping the customer chooses at checkout.
