Programming and Key Cutting:
Your remote requires diagnostic programming available at your local LOCKSMITH. Programming Source prior to purchase to ensure they have the equipment to sync this remote to your vehicle.

HOW TO FIND AN AUTOMOTIVE LOCKSMITH IN YOUR AREA:
1.Go to google.com
2. Type in the words: Automotive locksmith
3. Then type in your ZIP code
4. click search
5. google will compile a list of local automotive locksmiths for you!
6. Call them and tell them you have a remote for (your) Make Model & Year vehicle - And ASK if they have the equipment to sync it with your car.
This takes 5-10 minutes to do. Go to a local locksmith please do NOT go to the DEALER they will charge you for ONE HOUR of labor and they tend to want to sell you one of their remotes and often will not program the remote for you or they may charge you and then claim it does not work. A locksmith is fast and inexpensive compared to a dealer in the end ALWAYS .

1. The remote must be programmed by a qualified automotive locksmith to your vehicle's installed RKE system.
2. The transponder chip (contained on the remote circuit board) must be programmed by a qualified automotive locksmith to sync with your vehicle's immobilizer to start your engine.
3. The key must be cut by a qualified automotive locksmith to match your vehicle's ignition.
